Education and learner responsibility

The program provides education, implementation worksheets, and operating examples. It does not promise revenue, business results, platform approval, legal compliance, or successful automation. Learners remain responsible for lawful account ownership, consent, data protection, human review, platform terms, backups, rollback, and the results of their own implementation.

Prohibited use

The released terms will prohibit account sharing, unauthorized copying or resale, spam, deceptive claims, fake reviews, impersonation, unlawful recording, credential sharing, unauthorized access, and uploading private customer information to unapproved tools.

Decisions still required

the exact contracting entity and authorized AM Academy trade-name use;
the course access/update duration and treatment of lawful downloads;
the proposed 14-calendar-day refund rule, request path, exceptions, and access consequence;
the staffed support/privacy contact and response boundary;
governing law, dispute terms, warranty/liability language, and all required notices.

Release control

These items are maintained as private release requirements. Public enrollment and checkout must remain disabled until the final policies are versioned, linked beside checkout, and proven in the controlled no-real-charge buyer/refund test.
